The game also supports online play, enabling you to fight and trade with other players. By doing so, you can “receive their protection in return for shelter.” You can breed and fuse the monsters to create new species, resulting in over 1,200 variations. There are over 200 base monsters that can be captured and make pacts with. It’s a monster collecting game inspired by Pokémon and Dragon Quest Monsters, so naturally, you’ll be spending time collecting and training monsters. This choice is a very serious one, and will drastically affect the outcome of the story and the rest of the game at its very core. There will come a point in the game that you will be unable to progress without making a choice. Some Monsters will even be delivered by Mathen! Some Monsters will have special locations added. Some Monsters will be added to a location in the wild. Of course, if he tries that with a Vicious or Brute Monster, you may find that he has bit off quite a bit more than he can chew!
